菲牛蛭化学成分的分离和鉴定
Isolation and identification of chemical components of Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson

Abstract
Objective To explore and elucidate the chemical constituents of Poecilobdella manillensis Lesson.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by using various methods including MCI gel CHP 20P,thin layer chromatogra-phy,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography.The structures were identified based on extensive spectroscopic and high-resolution mass spectrometry,etc.Results Nineteen compounds were isolated and i-dentified separately from the 50%ethanol extract of Poecilobdella manillensis L,including poecimaniamide A(1),isohema-tinic acid(2),1-(3-deoxy-β-L-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-uracil(3),1-(3-deoxy-β-L-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-cytosine(4),(E)-urocanic acid(5),tryptophan(6),4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide(7),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Leu)(8),cyclo-(L-Phe-L-Pro)(9),L-phenylalanine(10),L-phenylalanine methyl ester(11),cinnamamide(12),cinnamic acid(13),4-hydroxyacetophenone(14),anthranilic acid(15),thymine(16),3-ethylidene-4-methyl-2,5-pyr-rolidinedione(17),2-piperidone(18),and 4-hydroxy-2-nonenoic acid(19).Conclusion Compound 1,a new compound,is named poecimaniamide A.Compounds 2~19 were isolated for the first time from Poecilobdella.关键词
