Abstract
The modified oil ethoxylate sulfonate(SNS-80)was applied to the formula of the spray concentrated dishwashing detergents.The sensory,physical and chemical,performance,safety and health indicators of the formula with SNS-80 dishwashing detergent,as well as their cleaning effect of residual pesticides,skin irritation and acute oral toxicity were comprehensively investigated.The results indicate that SNS-80 has good compatibility with other surfactants and additives in the same formula.The sensory,physicochemical and performance indicators of the product meet the requirements of GB/T9985-2022"Detergent for hand dishwashing".The safety and health indicators meet the requirements of GB 14930.1-2022"National food safety standard—detergent".The viscosity and foam performance meet the requirements of"spray";According to GB/T24691-2022"Detergent for fruit and vegetable",the pesticide removal effects of the product is evaluated,and it has effective washing effect on residual pesticides in fruits and vegetables represented by cypermethrin and propoxur;According to GB/T 21604-2022"Chemicals-Test method of acute dermal irritation/corrosion",a skin irritation test was conducted on New Zealand rabbits,which is considered non irritating;According to GB 15193.3-2014"National Food Safety Standard—Acute Oral Toxicity Test",acute oral toxicity test was conducted on Kunming mice,with LD50>10 000 mg/kg,which belongs to the actual non-toxic level;The crowd trial has shown good results.关键词
