Abstract
Objective To establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous deter-mination of paeoniflorin,paeonol,stilbene glycoside,emodin,schisandrin,deoxyschizandrin,schisandrin B,harpagoside and verbascoside in Gengnian'an Capsules.Methods The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Venusil MP C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the organic phase of the mobile phase was acetonitrile,and the aqueous phase was 0.1%phos-phoric acid aqueous solution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 for gradient elution.The injection volume was 20 μL,the de-tection wavelength was 220 nm,230 nm,280 nm,330 nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Results The 9 effective components had good linear relationships in their respective concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients were 0.999 6~1.000 0.The average recovery of the 9 effective components was 95.61%~102.11%,and the relative standard de-viation(RSD)was less than 5%(n=9).Conclusion The method has strong specificity and high sensitivity,and can be used for the quality control of Gengnian'an Capsules.关键词
