摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of high-flow oxygen therapy(HFOT)on real-time dynamic monitoring of blood gas parameters in patients with respiratory failure in Intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:The data of 80 patients with respiratory failure treatment admitted to the ICU of the Third People's Hospital of Jian from October 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into an acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)group and a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)group according to the different etiology, with 40 cases in each group. All patients were treated with HFOT and monitored by blood gas analysis 2 hper time for 24 h.The blood gas parameters and severity of disease were compared between the two groups, and correlation analysis was conducted. Results:Before treatment, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)scores in the ARDS group were higher than those in the COPD group, while the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),oxygen saturation(SpO2),PaO2/FiO2 were lower than those in the COPD group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 24 h after treatment, the changes of PaO2,SpO2,PaO2/FiO2,PaCO2,pH value and APACHE Ⅱ score in the COPD group were higher than those in the ARDS group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).PaO2,SpO2,PaO2/FiO2 and pH were negatively correlated with APACHE II score, respectively, while PaCO2 was positively correlated with APACHE II score(P<0.05).Conclusion:HFOT can effectively improve blood gas parameters in patients with respiratory failure, especially in patients with COPD.Blood gas parameters have a clear correlation with disease severity score.关键词
