中缝背核与神经精神疾病关系的研究进展
Research progress on relationship between dorsal raphe nucleus and neuropsychiatric diseases
摘要
Abstract
The dorsal raphe nucleus(DRN)is located ventral to the aqueduct of the midbrain,with numerous cell types,complex neural circuits,and a wide range of functions.In recent years,studies have found that DRN may be involved in the regulation of neuropsychiatric processes such as sleep-wakefulness,anxiety,depression,and addiction.This article re-viewed the role and molecular mechanism of DRN-related neural circuits in different neuropsychiatric diseases,in order to provide new ideas for subsequent treatment.关键词
