摘要

Abstract

The progression of cancer is closely related to its unique abnormal energy metabolism.To meet the higher demands for materials,energy,and redox power for rapid proliferation,tumor cells undergo metabolic reprogramming of their metabolic pathways,thereby inducing drug resistance.This article aimed to analyze the roles of glucose metabolism,glutamine metabolism,and lipid metabolism in the energy metabolism of tumor cells,explore the relationship between metabolic reprogramming and drug resistance in tumor therapy,and provide a summary and discussion.This holds significant importance for exploring the mechanisms of tumor drug resistance from a molecular perspective,opening up new avenues for tumor treatment and prognosis for patients.
