新型农业经营主体与小农户紧密型利益联结机制何以重塑
Reshaping the Close Interest Linkage Mechanism between New Agricultural Businesses and Smallholder Farmers:A Case Study of Xiaoqiaodian Village,Binchuan County,Yunnan Province

Abstract
The improvement of the support system for boosting agriculture and bringing benefits to farmers requires a sound mechanism of working with and assisting farmers.In order for new agricultural management entities to play an effective role in working with and assisting farmers,it is urgent to re-shape the close interest linkage mechanism between the entities and smallholder farmers.Based on the actor-network theory(ANT),this paper seeks to answer the three core questions of"why reshape","who will reshape"and"how to reshape"the close benefit coupling mechanism from the perspective of participation of diversified subjects,taking the case of Xiaoqiaodian Village in Binchuan County,Yunnan Province as the research object.It is found that the starting point for reshaping the benefit cou-pling mechanism is that the interests of smallholder farmers have been seriously squeezed under the loose benefit coupling mechanism;cooperatives can serve as the"intermediary"for multiple entities to embed into the benefit coupling network,and the close benefit coupling mechanism is further reshaped with the establishment of enterprises,thereby alleviating the serious squeeze on the interests of smallholder farmers in the benefit coupling process.By establishing a mutual benefit mechanism and a trust mecha-nism between new agricultural management entities and smallholder farmers,we can materialize a high degree of"bundling"of interests and"fit"of objectives among multiple subjects,and promote the close and stable development of interest coupling,and ultimately build up a close interest coupling mecha-nism.This paper clarifies the motives that trigger the participation of multiple subjects in the reshaping of the close interest coupling mechanism,discusses the logic of reshaping the close interest coupling mechanism,and then summarizes the feasible path of the reshaping.关键词
