Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of local Sodium Citrate anticoagulation and low-molecular-weight Heparin anticoagulation in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods:A total of 52 CRRT patients admitted to Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group received low-molecular-weight Heparin anticoagulation,while the study group received local Sodium Citrate anticoagulation.Both groups received continuous treatment for one week.The coagulation function indicators,anticoagulation efficacy and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the thrombin time,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anticoagulant efficacy rate of the study group was 100%,which was higher than 84.62%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 30.77%,which was higher than 3.85%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with low-molecular-weight Heparin anticoagulation,local Sodium Citrate anticoagulation has higher application value in CRRT patients.It can not only improve the coagulation function indicators of patients,but also enhance their anticoagulation effect.However,its incidence of complications is higher.关键词
