Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Nadroparin Calcium anticoagulation combined with pneumatic therapy in the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 120 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to Puning People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Nardraparin Calcium injection combined with pneumatic therapy,and the control group was treated with conventional pneumatic therapy.The lower leg circumference difference and pain degree,lower limb venous blood flow parameters,incidence of DVT,adverse reactions and bone metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:Seven days after surgery,the difference of calf circumference of the study group was(1.32±0.62)cm,which was shorter than(1.49±0.39)cm of the control group,and the score of the Numeric Rating Scale was(3.39±0.49)points,which was lower than(3.99±0.52)points of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Seven days after operation,venous blood flow parameters of lower limbs in both groups were higher than those before operation,and the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity DVT in the study group was 1.67%,which was lower than 8.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than 5.00%in the control group,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Fourteen days after surgery,the level of bone alkaline phosphatase in the study group was higher than those in the control group,and the levels of osteocalcin and pyridine cross-linked final peptide of type I collagen were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Nardraparin Calcium and pheumatic therapy has significant advantages in the prevention of low extremity DVT in elderly patients with hip fracture,which can effectively improve the venous blood flow of lower extremities,reduce the occurrence of low extremity DVT,reduce the circumference difference of the lower leg,relieve pain,and promote bone metabolism to a certain extent,with good safety.关键词
