美、澳两国高等工程职业教育专业认证标准的特色及其启示
Characteristics and Enlightenment of Professional Accreditation Standards for Higher Engineering Vocational Education in the United States and Australia
摘要
Abstract
As members of the Sydney Accord,the United States and Australia have established their own professional certification standards system for higher engineering vocational education in accordance with the IEA graduate attributes standards,which are both in line with international standards and unique.Through in-depth analysis of the systems of the two countries,it is found that although there are differences in their design logic,they both show the characteristics of focusing on student outcomes and ensuring substantive equivalence,focusing on qualitative indicators and highlighting evidence-based thinking,paying attention to engineering practice and practicing ethical standards,adhering to the concept of improvement and attaching importance to quality management.Based on the current practice of professional certification in higher vocational education in China,we can provide inspiration from the aspects of adhering to result-orientation and promoting continuous improvement,learning from international experience and focusing on innovation,emphasizing science and rationality as well as highlighting the diversity,adhering to the integration of industry and education as well as strengthening moral education indicators.关键词
