AIWW与NRS2002营养筛查工具在胃癌住院病人营养筛查中的效果比较
Comparison of AIWW and NRS2002 in the nutritional screening of inpatients with gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of AIWW and NRS2002 in the nutritional risk screening of inpatients with gastric cancer,and to analyze their applicability in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 376 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in the gastric and abdominal tumor wards of a tertiary grade A tumor hospital in Guangxi from October 2023 to April 2024.AIWW and NRS2002 were used for nutritional screening within 24 hours after the patients'admission.The MPG-SGA assessment results were used as the diagnostic criteria for malnutrition.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,Kappa value,receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and area under the curve of AIWW and NRS2002 were calculated.Results:A total of 376 patients with gastric cancer were included.Using MPG-SGA as the diagnostic standard,254 patients(67.6%)had malnutrition.The risks of malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by AIWW and NRS2002 were 67.0%and 34.8%respectively.The sensitivities of AIWW and NRS2002 in diagnosing malnutrition were 0.98 and 0.51 respectively,and the specificities were 0.97 and 0.98 respectively.The Kappa consistency results of AIWW and NRS2002 with MPG-SGA were 0.928 and 0.389 respectively.The areas under the ROC curves were 0.982 and 0.788 respectively.Conclusions:Both AIWW and NRS2002 could provide a basis for the screening of malnutrition risk in patients with gastric cancer.In the evaluation of diagnostic efficiency,AIWW has a high sensitivity,good consistency with MPG-SGA,and simple items for easy assessment.Therefore,it is recommended to use the AIWW nutritional screening tool for the nutritional screening of patients with gastric cancer.关键词
