五加皮对环磷酰胺诱导的雄性大鼠生殖损伤的影响
Effect of Acanthopanacis Cortex on reproductive damage induced by cyclophosphamide in male rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Acanthopanacis Cortex(AC)on reproductive function in male rat with sper-matogenesis dysfunction.Methods 48 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into Normal group,cyclophosphamide(CTX)group,low,medium and high dose groups of AC and testosterone propionate(TP)group.After 19 days of pre-administration,CTX was intra-peritoneal injection for 5 days to induce spermatogenesis dysfunction in rats.Serum,testes,prostate,epididymis,seminal vesicle,pre-putial gland,epididymal luminal fluid and sperm were collected.The organ relative weights were calculated;HE staining was used to ob-serve epididymis tissue.The sperm count,viability,apoptosis and cell cycle were detected.The concentrations of testosterone(T),fol-licle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and sialic acid(SA)were detected using ELISA kits.Results The tes-tis,epididymis and seminal vesicle gland index in each administration group increased(P<0.05).Prostateindexinhigh-dosegroup of AC and the TP group increased(P<0.05).Administration groups improved epididymal tissue damage,increased sperm viability and sperm count(P<0.01),alleviated sperm apoptosis and S phase cell arrest,increased the proportion of G2 phase cells(P<0.01),and increased FSH,LH levels and SA levels(P<0.05).The middle and high dose groups of AC and TP group increased the serum T level(P<0.01).Conclusion AC can improve the reproductive damage in rats induced by CTX,which may be related to the repair of sperm cell DNA damage,inhibit sperm cell apoptosis and the maintenance of normal function of HPG axis.关键词
