基于CIPP与SERVQUAL模型的ECMO支持病人护理质量评价指标体系的构建
Construction of evaluation index system of ECMO supported patients care quality based on CIPP and SERVQUAL models

Abstract
Objective:To construct a nursing care quality evaluation index system for patients accepted extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation(ECMO),to provide an objective basis for the nursing care quality evaluation of patients accepted ECMO.Methods:The CIPP model and SERVQUAL model were used as the theoretical basis.And the index system for evaluating the quality of care for patients accepted ECMO was initially constructed through the evidence-based research of Johns Hopkins literature and semi-structured interviews,And the index system for evaluating the quality of care for patients accepted ECMO and the weights of the indexes for each level were determined through the Delphi expert correspondence questionnaires and the superiority diagram method.Results:The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%.And 69.23%and 26.92%of the experts gave their opinions in the two rounds of consultation respectively.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of experts'correspondence were 0.935 and 0.940,and the coordination coefficients were 0.136 and 0.137 respectively(all P<0.001).Through two rounds of expert correspondence,the final evaluation index system of quality of care for extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation patients included 4 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes,and 64 third-level indexes.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index system of ECMO care quality is scientific and feasible.And experts have a high degree of coordination on the evaluation results of indicators,which can provide a theoretical basis for objectively evaluating the quality care of patients accepted ECMO care.关键词
