基于人类-环境-作业模式的认知刺激治疗在阿尔茨海默病病人中的应用
Application of cognitive stimulation therapy based on person-environment-occupation model in patients with Alzheimer's disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of cognitive stimulation therapy based on the person-environment-occupation model on improving cognitive function,daily living abilities,and quality of life in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods:Using convenience sampling,70 patients with Alzheimer's disease who were first admitted to the geriatric psychiatry department of a tertiary hospital in Wuxi city between June 2022 and February 2023 were selected.The patients were grouped according to the community they resided in,with 35 patients in Liangxi district as the observation group and 35 patients in Binhu district as the control group.The control group received routine psychiatric care,while the observation group received cognitive stimulation therapy based on the person-environment-occupation model in addition to routine care.The intervention lasted for 24 weeks,7 weeks in the hospital and 17 weeks outside the hospital.Scores on the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living(ADL)Scale,and Quality of Life-Alzheimer's Disease(QOL-AD)scale were compared between the two groups before the intervention,7 weeks after intervention,and 24 weeks after intervention.Results:After 7 weeks of intervention,the MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that of before the intervention(P<0.05).After 24 weeks of intervention,the MMSE and QOL-AD scores in the observation group were higher than before the intervention and compared with the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).However,the ADL score was lower than before the intervention and compared with the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cognitive stimulation therapy based on the person-environment-occupation model could improve cognitive function,daily living abilities,and quality of life in patients with Alzheimer's disease.关键词
