社区老年人预立医疗照护计划准备度现状及影响因素
Status quo and influencing factors of advance care planning readiness among community-dwelling older adults

Abstract
Objective:To assess the status quo of advance care planning(ACP)readiness among community-dwelling older adults and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A combined approach employing multi-stage sampling and convenience sampling was utilized to survey 965 community-dwelling older adults between July and October 2023.Data collection involved general demographic questionnaires,ACP Readiness Scale,the Chinese version of the Family Cohesion Evaluation Scale,and the Chinese version of the Death Anxiety Scale.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was performed to identify the factors influencing ACP readiness.Results:The ACP readiness score among community-dwelling older adults was(84.86±15.77).Multivariate analysis showed that age,education level,average monthly income,self-rated health,family cohesion,death emotion,and death cognition as significant factors influencing ACP readiness(P<0.05).Conclusions:ACP readiness among community-dwelling older adults is moderately high and influenced by various factors.Healthcare professionals can prioritize ACP promotion among specific older adult groups based on these factors.Moreover,attention should be directed towards the significance of family involvement and death education in ACP implementation to enhance ACP readiness among community-dwelling older adults.关键词
