基于数据挖掘探析耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的选穴规律
Acupoint selection patterns in auricular therapy with seed pressing for patients with post-stroke dysphagia based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the auricular acupoint prescriptions and selection patterns in clinical treatment literature on auricular therapy with seed pressing for post-stroke dysphagia patients by using data mining techniques,so as to provide references for future clinical research and treatment of dysphagia.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP Database,China Biology Medicine(CBM),and PubMed were searched to screen literature,to extract auricular therapy prescriptions,and to conduct correlation analysis.Results:A total of 30 articles were included,and 15 auricular acupoint prescriptions involving 16 acupoints were extracted.The top five acupoints used,in descending order of frequency,were throat,brainstem,subcortex,mouth,and tongue.The auricular locations of these acupoints were ear screen,helix notch,concha of ear,lower helixal crus,and earlobe respectively.Cluster analysis yielded six categories:cheek,throat,tongue,brainstem,mouth,and subcortex;heart;stomach,liver,kidney,shenmen spleen;and cardia,sympathetic nerve,esophagus,and gallbladder.Correlation analysis of acupoints revealed strong associations such as mouth-tongue-brainstem,mouth-brain-stem-throat,brainstem-throat,and brainstem-tongue-throat.Conclusions:The selection of auricular acupoints for auricular therapy with seed pressing in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia patients follows the auricular holography theory,with acupoints corresponding to zang-fu organs and related to the illness location of the throat.关键词
