护士癌症疼痛管理能力量表的汉化及信效度检验
Chinese version of the Nurses'Cancer Pain Management Competency Scale and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Nurses'Cancer Pain Management Competency Scale(NCPMCS)into Chinese version,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Brislin translation model was used for translation,back translation,cultural debugging and pre-investigation of NCPMCS to form the Chinese version of NCPMCS.A total of 404 nurses were selected by convenient sampling method to test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of NCPMCS.Results:The I-CVI of Chinese version of NCPMCS was 0.857-1.000,the S-CVI was 0.857.The Chinese version of NCPMCS contained three dimensions,which were pain assessment and management,clinical conditions,and multi-dimensionality of pain,with 14 items.The Cronbach's α was 0.948,the each dimension were 0.827-0.933,and the retest reliability was 0.893.Conclusions:The Chinese version of NCPMCS has good reliability and validity.It is suitable for the evaluation of cancer pain management ability of nurses in China.关键词
