同情心倾向量表的汉化及其在护生中的信效度检验
Chinese version of the Compassionate Love for Human Scale and its reliability and validity test among nursing students

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Compassionate Love for Human Scale(CLHS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among nursing students.Methods:After obtaining authorization from the original author,the English version of CLHS was translated,back-translated,cross-culturally adapted,and revised based on a pre-survey according to cross-cultural adaptation guidelines,resulting in the Chinese version of CLHS.A convenience sampling method was used to survey 441 nursing students on their compassionate tendencies,and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CLHS were tested.Results:The correlation coefficients between each item score and the total scale score of the Chinese version of CLHS ranged from 0.692 to 0.841(P<0.05).The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.801 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.931.Exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors,namely Acceptance and Care,and Help and Sacrifice,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.374%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.966,the split-half reliability was 0.931,and the test-retest reliability was 0.924.Conclusions:The Chinese version of CLHS has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a tool to measure compassionate tendencies among nursing students.关键词
