伤口造口专科护士反思性实践现状及对伤口造口专科护理培训的启示
Status quo of reflective practice in wound and ostomy specialist nurses and its enlightenment to wound and ostomy specialist nursing training

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of reflective practice among wound and ostomy specialist nurses and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the education and management of wound and ostomy specialist nurses.Methods:Using convenience sampling,a total of 209 wound and ostomy specialist nurses from 13 third grade hospitals in Sichuan province were selected as survey participants between February and April 2023.A general information questionnaire,a Chinese-version Reflective Practice Questionnaire,and a Professional Identity Questionnaire were used for the survey.Univariate analysis,correlation analysis,and linear regression analysis were conducted to investigate the influencing factors of reflective practice among wound and ostomy specialist nurses.Results:The reflective practice score of wound and ostomy specialist nurses was(142.58±13.83),with an average item score of(4.32±0.42).Linear regression analysis revealed that years of specialized work experience,education level,professional title,whether the nurse was a full-time wound and ostomy specialist,whether the nurse served as a mentor for wound and ostomy specialist nurses,the level of wound and ostomy training attended,and professional identity were influencing factors of reflective practice.Conclusions:The reflective practice score is at a moderate level.Increasing the entry thresholds for specialist nurses,conducting specialized training at different levels,promoting full-time specialist nurses,and enhancing their professional identity are important ways to improve reflective practice of wound and ostomy specialist nurses.关键词
