复方紫草油在神经外科ICU老年病人失禁相关性皮炎预防中的应用
Application of compound lithospermum oil in the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis in elderly patients with neurosurgical ICU

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of compound lithospermum oil in the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis in elderly patients with neurosurgical ICU.Methods:A total of 142 elderly incontinent patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit(ICU)in a third grade A hospital in Shanxi province were selected and randomly divided into test group and control group,with 71 patients in each group.Both groups of patients adopted a structured skin care plan.The patients in test group had their skin smeared with compound lithospermum oil,while the patients in control group had their skin sprayed with liquid dressing combined with stoma powder.After 7 days of intervention,the incidence,onset time,severity of occurrence,and cost-benefit of incontinence-associated dermatitis were compared between the two groups.Results:Finally,68 cases in the test group and 67 cases in the control group completed the intervention.The onset time of incontinence-associated dermatitis in the test group was later than that in the control group(P<0.05);the daily drug cost of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence,severity of occurrence,and average daily labor cost between the two groups(P>0.05).The cost-effectiveness analysis showed that the cost per unit of curative effect in the experimental group was 37.56,which was lower than that(65.39)in the control group.This indicated that when the preventive effects were similar,the experimental group had a greater cost advantage.Conclusions:Both compound lithospermum oil and the combination of liquid dressing and stoma powder can effectively prevent the occurrence of incontinence-associated dermatitis.However,compound lithospermum oil can effectively delay the onset time of incontinence-associated dermatitis,its smearing method is simple,and the daily drug cost is relatively lower.关键词
