摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application effect of the information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)intervention mode in children with febrile seizures.Methods:A total of 240 children with febrile seizures who were hospitalized in a third grade A specialized hospital in Taiyuan from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 120 cases in each group.The patients in control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the patients in intervention group were given the IKAP nursing mode on the basis of receiving routine nursing.The hospitalization duration,the number of days for fever subsidence,the frequency of febrile seizures,the recurrence rate,the clinical nursing effect and the nursing satisfaction of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:The hospitalization duration,the number of days for fever subsidence,the frequency of febrile seizures and the recurrence rate of the children in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical nursing effective rate of the children and the total nursing satisfaction rate of the main caregivers in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Adopting the IKAP nursing mode for children with febrile seizures could improve the clinical intervention effect of children with febrile seizures and increase the satisfaction of the main caregivers.
