Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgeries.Methods:A total of 128 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgeries in the gynecology department of our hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group,with 64 patients in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing,while the patients in study group received predictive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The surgical indicators,quality of life and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of various aspects of quality of life and the total health score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.69%)was lower than that in the control group(10.93%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of predictive nursing in the perioperative nursing of gynecological laparoscopic surgeries helps to shorten the operation time and hospital stay and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
