发酵棕榈粕对育肥牛生长性能、血清指标及养分表观消化率的影响
Effects of fermented palm kernel cake on growth performance,serum indices,and nutrient apparent digestibility in fattening cattle

Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the effects of fermented palm kernel cake(FPKC)on growth performance,serum indices,and nutrient apparent digestibility in fattening cattle.A total of 160 healthy fattening cattle with similar body weight and age were randomly divided into two groups,with five replicates per group and 16 cattle per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 4.6%FPKC to replace corn and soybean meal.The pre-test lasted for 10 days and the formal test lasted for 60 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the average daily gain of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content was extremely increased(P<0.01),while interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)concentrations were significantly increased(P<0.05),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was significantly enhanced(P<0.05),and malondialdehyde(MDA)content was extremely reduced(P<0.01),the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 4.6%FPKC can promote nutrient digestion and absorption,improve growth performance,and enhance immune function and antioxidant capacity in fattening cattle.关键词
