Whole-Chain Engineering Technology and Equipment for Bamboo Industry:Research Status and Development Outlook

Abstract
The traditional bamboo industry has long relied on manual labor in its production,restricted by bottlenecks such as high labor intensity,low standardization,and insufficient resource utilization.In recent years,progress has been made in the research and development of bamboo industry machinery and equipment,but there are still significant shortcomings in full industry chain collaboration,intelligent upgrade,and value-added utilization.This paper systematically reviews the current research on whole-chain engineering technology and equipment for bamboo industry,involving key mechanical equipment used for planting,harvesting,primary processing and deep processing,and analyzes the shortcomings of existing equipment in terms of functional integration,automation level,and collaborative operation.It is found that the current bamboo industry machinery and equipment is challenged by the problems such as limited types,poor compatibility,low degree of automation,insufficient integration of industrial chain,and outdated industry standards,which restrict the efficient development of bamboo industry.In response to these issues,measures and future development directions have been proposed,including enhancing the collaborative operation capability of mechanical equipment,accelerating the research and development of new bamboo machinery technology,promoting the mechanism of government-industry-university-research alignment,and improving the standard system of bamboo processing machinery,in order to provide references for promoting the green and intelligent transformation of the bamboo industry.关键词
