Abstract
In June 2023,China's National Development and Reform Commission proposed the Three-Year Action Plan to Accelerate the Development of"Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic"with other departments,which positions the"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"initiative as one of the strategic approaches to achieving green and sustainable development.Robust financial and economic policies set the solid foundation for the rapid growth of this initiative.Focusing on the financial and economic policies underpinning the development of the bamboo industry and the initiative,this paper systematically reviews China's fiscal policies,taxation policies,and financial incentives and evaluates their effects,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the challenges and difficulties.At the end,the pathways to deepening innovations of financial and economic policies are proposed to enhance policy targeting,establish collaborative mechanisms,and advance systematic improvements.关键词
