杏鲍菇菌糠对肉牛生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数及经济效益的影响
Effects of Pleurotus eryngii fungus bran on growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and economic benefits of beef cattle
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different proportions of Pleurotus eryngii fungus bran replacing whole-plant corn silage on growth performance,rumen fermentation function,and culture economic benefits of beef cattle.Forty-eight Simmental cross beef cattle with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups according to the single-factor experimental design,with 12 replicates per group and one beef cattle per replicate.The control group(CK)was fed a basal diet,and cows in the experimental groups were fed 10%(group A),20%(group B)and 40%(group C)Pleurotus eryngii fungus bran instead of whole-plant corn silage in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test lasted for seven days and the formal test lasted for 90 days.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the average daily gain of Simmental hybrid beef cattle in the group B was increased by 14.29%(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was decreased by 9.91%(P<0.05).Rumen propionic acid concentration in all groups supplemented with Pleurotus eryngii fungus bran was significantly increased(P<0.05),total volatile fatty acid concentration and bacterial protein concentration in rumen of groups B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with CK group,the serum total protein content of Simmental hybrid beef cattle in the groups B and C was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen content in group B was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with CK group,the weight gain income of beef cattle in the groups A,B,and C increased by 6.09%,14.29%,and 7.13%,and the profit increased by 20.44%,52.18%,and 40.62%,respectively.The results show that feeding Pleurotus eryngii fungus bran can improve growth performance,promote rumen fermentation and increase breeding profits,and has no negative effects on body health of Simmental cross beef cattle.By comprehensive analysis,the suitable proportion of Pleurotus eryngii fungus bran to replace whole-plant corn silage is 20%.关键词
