Under the Background of Low Fertility Rate:Optimization and Coordination of Preschool Education Resources in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
With the continuous prominence of the low fertility rate trend in China,the field of preschool education is facing new challenges and opportunities.As a professional institution for cultivating preschool education teachers,the optimization and coordination of resources in the preschool education major of higher vocational colleges have important practical significance for ensuring the quality of preschool education and adapting to population changes.By directly addressing the issues of allocation and utilization of preschool education resources in higher vocational colleges under the background of low fertility rate,such as financial investment,construction of teaching team,curriculum resource development,and training bases and facilities,this paper explores the governance strategies for their optimization and coordination.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the preschool education system in higher vocational colleges under the background of low fertility rate,and to promote the high-quality development of the preschool education cause.关键词
