种鸽饲粮中颗粒料比例对乳鸽胸肌抗氧化功能和脂代谢的影响
Effects of proportion of pellets in breeding pigeon diets on antioxidant function and lipid metabolism of breast muscle in squabs

Abstract
This study aims to explore the effects of different proportions of pellets in breeding pigeons diets on the growth performance,breast muscle antioxidant function and lipid metabolism of squabs.One hundred and sixty-two pairs of 12-month-old American White King pigeons were randomly divided into three groups,each with six replicates and nine pairs of pigeons per replicate.The P50 group was fed 50%mash feed and 50%pelleted feed.The P75 group,25%mash feed and 75%pelleted feed.And the P100 group,100%pelleted feed.Each pair of pigeons raised three squabs,and the breeding trial lasted for three reproductive cycles(46 days each,including 18 days of incubation and 28 days of lactation).Results showed that body weight and average daily gain of squabs were significantly lower in P100 group compared to P50 group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in antioxidant indexes in breast muscle tissue and serum among all groups(P>0.05).Compared to the P50 group,carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1(CPT-1)relative expression in breast muscle tissue was significantly higher in the P75 and P100 groups(P<0.05),but the relative expression levels of other genes related to antioxidant and lipid metabolism were not significantly different(P>0.05).The results show that full-price pelleted diets can slow down the growth and development of young pigeons,and have no effect on the antioxidant capacity of breast muscle,but can increase the expression level of lipid metabolism genes in breast muscle of young pigeons.关键词
