Abstract

Polyether ether ketone(PEEK),as a high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic,has broad application prospects in high-end fields such as aerospace,electronic and electrical,and new energy vehicles due to its high temperature resistance,self-lubricating,high strength,and excellent chemical stability.In recent years,the global market size has steadily grown,with Europe dominating by its technological and demand advantages,and Asia-Pacific experiencing the fastest growth rate.The overall market is dominated by oligopolies,with major enterprises holding core technologies and a large market share.The Chinese market is developing rapidly and has a considerable global market share.Major production enterprises have their own advantages and work together to promote the advancement of the industry.But there is a structural contradiction between the dependence of high-end products on imports and the export of mid to low end products.With the rise of emerging industries such as new energy vehicles and electronics,the global and Chinese PEEK markets have a promising outlook,but they also face challenges such as technological barriers and trade policies.In the future,it is necessary to promote industrial development from multiple aspects such as independent raw materials,technological innovation,and expanded applications.
