Abstract
The Total Mixed Ration(TMR)preparation machine is a core device for enhancing feed utilization efficiency in the livestock industry and ensuring the food safety of animal-sourced protein.In response to the problems existing in traditional equipment,such as uneven mixing,high energy consumption,and poor adaptability,combined with the current situation of TMR technology at home and abroad and the needs of users,a vertical TMR preparation machine was developed through structural innovation and intelligent control optimization.Key technologies such as variable cone angle spiral blades and variable frequency material throwing function were adopted,which significantly improved the mixing uniformity and cutting efficiency,and reduced the energy consumption at the same time.Experiments showed that the production efficiency of this machine reached 7 200 kg/h,and the residue rate was≤0.7%,meeting the needs of large-scale breeding.The future research directions included optimizing the mixing parameters by AI algorithms and integrating Internet of Things technology,so as to promote the upgrading of animal husbandry mechanization to intelligence.关键词
