基于大工艺理念的烟梗及梗丝加工工艺方法探讨

Abstract
In response to the requirements of the current version of the"Cigarette Process Specification",cigarette production should be centered on cigarette products and realize the concept of systematic processing technology.Proposes a method that was different from the tobacco stem treatment in the current leaf roasting production line and the tobacco stem and stem silk processing method in the silk processing line.The pre-treatment process of tobacco stems in the silk production will be moved to the leaf drying and re baking production process,where the tobacco stems would be processed into qualified sheet-like tobacco stems in the leaf drying and re baking production line.In the tobacco production line,based on the sheet tobacco stem material,the tobacco stem pretreatment and stem processing technology were optimized and improved to achieve systematic and intensive production of tobacco stem processing and stem processing.关键词
