Abstract
Marine fuel for foreign trade is an important means for China's oil refinery to resolve the structural excess of domestic production capacity and improve the efficiency.Under the long-term trend of green development of maritime industry,bio-marine ship fuel has the advantages of good carbon emission reduction effect and high adaptability to existing marine engines,and its global market share has increased year by year,becoming the first choice of clean alternative fuels.With the acceleration of the application of clean fuels,China should consolidate and enhance the export ship fuel market,and establish a sound full industrial chain system for bio-marine fuel oil.This research bases on the analysis of the characteristics,relevantnational policies,production capacity of bio-marine ship fuel and its main blending component biodiesel,summarizes the constraints of bio-marine ship fuel production and marketing,and puts forward development suggestions for further building an orderly and efficient bio-fuel industry chain.At the same time,it provides a theoretical framework support for the green and low-carbon development of the refining and petrochemical industry.关键词
