Abstract

To address the implicit function problem in the optimization process of the Pure Electric Heavy Truck Integrated Thermal Management System(PEHT-ITMS)and improve its energy efficiency,an exergy analysis method was employed to construct an exergy efficiency calculation model for PEHT-ITMS.The Central Composite Design(CCI)response surface method was used to analyze the significance of control parameters on the system′s exergy efficiency and the mechanism of their interaction effects.The results indicated that the main effects of individual factors had the greatest impact on the system′s exergy efficiency,followed by the interaction effect between compressor speed and fan speed percentage,which exhibited a significant negative interaction effect.The maximum optimized exergy efficiency of the system within the factor variable space was determined to be 6.279 5%.The error between the optimization results and simulation results did not exceed 1%,and the exergy efficiency of the ITMS system increased by 16.8%compared to the original scheme,effectively improving the energy efficiency of PEHT-ITMS.
