"双碳"背景下建筑业的脱碳潜力研究
Research on the Decarbonization Potential of the Construction Industry Under the Background of "Dual Carbon":A Case Study of Hefei

Abstract
This article discusses the decarbonization potential and strategies of China's construction industry in a-chieving the "dual carbon"goals(carbon peak and carbon neutrality)in the context of global climate change.The article begins by reviewing international experiences in low-carbon development within the construction industry and highlights the research priorities for decarbonization in China's construction industry.Next,by establishing a dyna-mic material flow analysis and carbon emission accounting model,the study forecasts the demand for building mate-rials and carbon emissions in Hefei's construction industry by 2060 and proposes key strategies for reducing carbon emissions.The study finds that the key to decarbonizing the construction industry lies in controlling new construction areas,extending the lifespan of buildings,reducing material demand intensity,and lowering the carbon intensity of materials.The final proposed emission reduction measures include promoting lightweight design,selecting high-qua-lity building materials,and reducing the use of steel,providing a reference for the low-carbon transition of the con-struction industry in Hefei and across the country.关键词
