摘要

Abstract

The application effect of CRMI-2 catalyst in a 1.0 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)unit was investigated.Comparative studies revealed the following:Under stable feedstock properties,the unit throughput increased by 14.03%with CRMI-2 catalyst.When catalyst consumption decreased by 20%,the activity of equilibrium catalyst improved from 61.5 to 63.9,and the specific surface area increased from 92.5 m2/g to 116 m2/g.Product distribution was significantly optimized:liquefied gas yield increased by 2.12 percentage points(from 18.47%to 20.59%);gasoline yield rose by 0.37 percentage points(from 46.67%to 47.04%);diesel yield decreased by 1.74 percentage points(from 22.50%to 20.76%);total yield of liquefied gas and gasoline improved by 2.49 percentage points.In liquefied gas components:propylene volume fraction decreased by 7.12 percentage points(from 42.88%to 35.76%);C4 olefins content increased by 9.63 percentage points(from 20.47%to 30.11%).The research octane number(RON)of stabilized gasoline improved from 90.35 to 90.46,while its olefin content decreased from 31.45%to 30.53%.The optimized product distribution and quality enhancements resulted in an annual economic benefit of ¥25.9 million.
