工程教育认证导向下的人才培养模式探索
Exploration of Talent Cultivation Mode Under the Orientation of Engineering Education Accreditation

Abstract
Building an applied undergraduate talent cultivation system based on the concept of engineering education professional certification is an important leading strategy for cultivating talents with solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability.The article focuses on the realistic dilemmas faced by the current engineering education ac-creditation-oriented application-oriented talent cultivation mode in course teaching,graduation requirement attain-ment,and practical teaching.By innovating a diversified teaching quality evaluation mechanism for applied talents courses,constructing a multi-dimensional graduation requirement fulfillment evaluation system based on Europe and the United States,and constructing a practical teaching strategy for engineering training that is deeply integrated with industrial applications,the student-centered talent cultivation mode is put forward.It provides an effective strategy and way for the cultivation of application-oriented talents under the guidance of engineering education certi-fication.关键词
