Abstract
The diesel hydrogenation unit,as a critical facility in the refining industry,is classified as a high-risk chemical process under national key supervision due to its high-temperature,high-pressure,flammable,and explosive characteristics.To ensure safe and stable operation and mitigate potential hazards,a scientific approach is required to evaluate the reliability of its safety interlock systems.Safety integrity level(SIL)assessment is a systematic analytical method that identifies risk scenarios in safety instrumented systems(SIS)and quantifies their risk reduction capability.This study focuses on the furnace fuel gas interlock loop of a diesel hydrotreating unit,conducting a SIL assessment to calculate its safety integrity level and validate its risk mitigation performance under emergency conditions.Based on the evaluation results,optimized maintenance strategies for the interlock loop are proposed,including periodic functional testing,sensor calibration,logic controller verification,and other key measures to enhance the long-term reliability of the SIS.The research provides a scientific basis for the safety management of diesel hydrotreating units and offers significant guidance for preventing major process accidents.关键词
