辣椒秸秆和玉米秸秆不同混合比例的青贮品质研究
Study on silage quality of pepper straw and corn straw with different mixing ratios

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to study the silage quality of pepper straw and corn straw with different mixing ratios.The pepper straw and corn straw were chopped,and the silage was wrapped in different proportions and divided into four groups.They were L100 group(100%pepper straw),L75Y25 group(75%pepper straw+25%corn straw),L50Y50 group(50%pepper straw+50%corn straw)and L25Y75 group(25%pepper straw+75%corn straw),respectively.Silage ferment for 60 days.The results showed that the content of lactic acid(LA)(55.21%)and water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC)(7.67%)in silage was the highest when pepper straw and corn straw were mixed at the ratio of 75∶25.The contents of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(NH3-N/TN)(5.15%),acid detergent fiber(ADF)(28.42%)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)(49.23%)were the lowest,and the digestibility of dry matter(DM)at 24 h and 48 h was the highest,which were 53.32%and 59.54%,respectively.The ensilage effect is better than that of pepper straw alone.The study indicates that adding corn straw to pepper straw silage can improve fermentation quality and nutritional value.In practical application,it is recommended to use 25%corn stalk and 75%chili stalk mixed silage.关键词
