Abstract
There is a lack of specialized accepting organizations for disputes between teachers and students in universities,which is the crux of the difficulty to implement the dispute intervention mechanism at present.The disputes between teachers and students needs special treatment because of its particularity,and a third-party institution is indispensable.From the perspective of modern new teacher-student relationship,based on the theory and practice of alternative dispute resolution mechanism,this research discusses the positioning and functions of the accepting organization,the basic characteristics of dispute intervention mechanism,and the realistic value of establishing such organizations.关键词
