摘要

Abstract

Teacher professional certification has gained rich experiences,however,there are still many problems.In the certification organization side,there are contradictions between the unified standards and distinctive specialties,the adaptability of certification concept and professionalism of talent cultivation,and the mechanicality of certification practice and comprehensiveness of the talent cultivation.There are problems such as a general lack of sustained efforts to improve quality,the prominence of discipline-based education,and the need to improve teachers'abilities in universities.The article offers the following suggestions.Certification organizations should adhere to the bottom line thinking,educational thinking,and complex thinking.Universities should make efforts in promoting continuous improvement,changing the evaluation thinking,transforming the evaluation mechanism,and enhancing teachers'ability.
