Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different inoculation modes on the quality of soybean meal by two-strain mix-fermentation.Aspergillus niger and lactic acid bacteria were selected to ferment soybean meal,and the growth of the two microorganisms was investigated by designing different inoculation modes,and the concentrations of crude protein,acid-soluble protein,crude fiber,crude ash,lysine,stachyose,urease and β-concomitant soybean globulin in each group of fermented soybean meal were detected,and the concentrations of six common mycotoxins in feed were monitored.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria had a relative competitive advantage,and lactic acid bacteria could inhibit the growth of Aspergillus niger when the two bacteria were inoculated at the same time.When inoculating Aspergillus niger first and then lactic acid bacteria,both bacteria grew well.The results of toxin detection showed that Aspergillus niger CICC 2377 could produce ochratoxin A,and the content of Aspergillus niger CICC 2377 increased significantly(P<0.05)by the later coculture of lactic acid bateria,with the contents of 2.2 × 103 μg/kg and 5.8 × 103 μg/kg,respectively.The optimal inoculation mode was to inoculate Aspergillus niger CYW-25 first,followed by lactic acid bacteria,and the crude protein content of soybean meal was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was 50.6%and 46.1%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the content of gliadin was significantly higher(P<0.05),which were 25.2%and 2.8%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the crude fiber content was significantly lower(P<0.05),which was 6.7%and 15.7%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the content of stachyose was significantly lower(P<0.05),which were 1.2 mg/g and 35.7 mg/g,respectively.The content of urease was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was undetected and 0.18 U/g,respectively.Compared with the control group,the content of β-concomitant glycinin was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which were 15.5 mg/g and 112.3 mg/g,respectively.Six mycotoxins,including aflatoxin B1,ochratoxin A,T-2 toxin,fumonisins(B1+B2),zearalenone,and deoxyfusarenol,were not detected.The results show that a reasonable inoculation mode can effectively improve the quality of soybean meal feed fermented by two strains,and the monitoring of mycotoxins should be strengthened during the fermentation process.
