Abstract

The digitization and intelligent technology of tobacco baking and grading are progressing rapidly,but there is a dearth of effective process monitoring mechanisms.On this basis,a digital twin based intelligent monitoring system for tobacco baking and grading process is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the intelligent monitoring of tobacco baking and grading process,the digital twin modeling of the intelligent baking equipment and process of tobacco leaves is carried out,and the construction of the geometric elements and virtual scenes of the equipment is completed.An intelligent monitoring system for the of tobacco baking and grading process is designed,and key technologies such as real-time data collection and storage,virtual-real mapping and interactive integration are studied.The effectiveness and practicability of the system are verified by means of the implementation and application effects.The results show that the monitoring system based on digital twin can realize all-round and multi-perspective online real-time monitoring of the current intelligent tobacco baking and grading operation process.In the test scene,the FPS value of the CPU and GPU is maintained at about 60 f/s,respectively,aiding on-site decision-making for baking and grading operations,improving the efficiency of baking and grading,and the utilization rates of equipments,and reducing production costs.
