On the Advancing of the Professional Development of Chinese Language Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools with a Scholarly Attitude

Abstract
Behind the appearance of professional development of primary and secondary school language teachers in full swing,there are problems such as utilitarianism,superficiality and fragmentation.Due to teachers'excessive attention on the accumulation of pedagogical knowledge and the acquisition of skills,coupled with a lack of systematic development planning,as well as a intentional or unintentional neglect of scholarly cultivation,intellectual refinement,linguistic creativity,and the nurturing of educational ethos,the professional development of Chinese language teachers in primary and secondary schools has been stagnating at a low level.To find a way out of this dilemma,it is necessary to have a long-term vision,starting from the"five skills"training,and constantly deepening self-education;constantly to sharpen self-knowledge in the dialogue and self-reflection;to pursue spiritual life confirmation with constantly creative words;to cultivate educational sentiment for interjection of eternal power for professional development.Only in this way can we better realize the harmony of utility,beauty and presence,confirm the spiritual life of language teachers constantly,and thus enhance the quality and realm of chinese language education as a whole.关键词
