Upholding the Systematic Concept to Promote High-Quality Development of the Private Economy
摘要
Abstract
Promoting high-quality development of the private economy is a complex system project.In the new era,the development of the private economy requires adherence to and improvement of the basic socialist economic system,unwavering commitment to the"Two Unswerving Principles"and a clear understanding that high-quality development is a rigid requirement for the new era.To implement the new development concept,It is necessary to understand the private economy with a systematic concept,use dialectical thinking to grasp its essential laws and development trends,and properly handle the relationships between elements and elements,elements and systems,and systems and environments in the private economic system,thus better positioning the private economy in the overall strategic situation.To promote a healthy and high-quality development of the private economy,the following measures should be taken,including systematically establishing a coordinated development pattern for the private economy,leading high-quality development with a modern industrial system,enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of supporting policies,optimizing the business environment for private enterprises,improving the legal guarantee for the development of the private economy,promoting the improvement of management levels of private enterprises,and strengthening the ideological and political guidance of private businessmen.关键词
