Abstract
When verifying the functionality of wheel speed sensors in industrial environments,there are too many verification devices,scattered layouts,and signal distortion during long-distance transmission of wheel speed sensor signals in complex industrial environments,resulting in high equipment management costs,low utilization rates,and low efficiency and accuracy of functional verification.On this basis,a centralized monitoring system for function verification of wheel speed sensor is proposed.Based on the requirements analysis of the function verification of centralized monitoring of wheel speed sensor in industrial production,the overall frame structure,hardware module and monitoring software structure and function of the system are designed,and a hardware module for signal processing of wheel speed sensor is proposed,which can extend the transmission distance of wheel speed sensor signal from 10 m to 100 m.After the testing of the application effects of the centralized monitoring system of wheel speed sensor function verification,it is proved that the system can not only monitor the temperature and humidity of the hot and cold shock test chamber,but also centrally control the wheel speed sensor signal monitoring equipment.The designed system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of function verification and reduce the cost of equipment management.关键词
