On the Main Content,Prominent Characteristics and Future Approaches of the Building of the Party Political Discipline in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
It is a concrete manifestation of the immanent laws for Party Building and an essential requirements for Party-governing strictly and comprehensively to strengthen the construction of the Party political discipline in the new era.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the process of the in-depth development of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has actively responded to the complex and changeable situation of the times,put the construction of political discipline in the first place and promoted the real implementation of political discipline construction work and the continuous improvement of relevant regulations and systems.In the new historical era,only by consistently adhering to the Marxist theoretical standpoint,perspective,and methodology to comprehend the essential content and distinctive characteristics of the Party political discipline construction can both the Party and the nation transcend the historical cycle of rise and fall,that is,we should firmly take the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people as the starting point,continuously enhance Party members and cadres'revolutionary nature and spirit with people-centered and respond more actively to the great new project of Party construction.Therefore,on a new journey,in order to solve the unique problems of a large Party by using the construction of the Party political discipline,we must promote the implementation of the main responsibility for the construction of political discipline,strengthen political discipline education to build a ideological defense line for Party members and cadres,punish the corruption and violations of discipline among Party members to improve the quality of political discipline construction resolutely,improve Party regulations to provide institutional guarantee for political discipline construction,and purify the Party ecology within the Party to create a clean and upright political discipline atmosphere.关键词
