摘要

Abstract

The policy of labor education in universities,as an important content of higher education policy research,is related to the development direction of labor education in universities.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the changes in labor education policies in Chinese universities have gone through stages of initial shaping,tortuous exploration,reform and reshaping,maturity and stability,and comprehensive development.The changes in labor education policies in Chinese universities are deeply influenced by deep structural factors such as the national economic system,educational administrative system,and educational cultural concepts,and in each stage of development there always exist the path dependence phenomena such as cost effects,learning effects,collaborative effects,and adaptive expectations.It can be found that internal contradictions in policies and the strategic interactions among behavioral subjects are the driving mechanisms for the rupture and emergence of labor education policies in universities.To promote the development and improvement of labor education policies in colleges and universities,it is necessary to comply with the macro-policy environment and promote policy innovation;break through the law of path dependence and facilitate policy renovation;grasp the dynamic mechanism of policy change and strengthen proactive change.
