新时代大学生劳动教育的现实困境及实践进路
On the Realistic Dilemmas and Practical Pathways of Labor Education for College Students in the New Era

Abstract
Labor education,as an important component of the comprehensive development of college students in the new era,is both a significant theoretical teaching content and a practical form of education.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey among 1 688 undergraduates from 8 universities with ordinary universities and double first-class universities included,and each of these universities has its own distinctive disciplinary specialties in Shaanxi province.This questionnaire renders an assessment on the level of students'labor education mainly from four key dimensions:labor time,labor skills,labor values,and labor spirit.Based on an analysis of students'understanding of labor education and the current state of labor education implementation in universities,families,and society,this paper explores the existing problems in collegiate labor education.To promote the high-quality development of labor education for college students,it is necessary to leverage the collaborative education mechanism of families,schools,and society to form a united educational front.This paper proposes that the key to advancing high-quality labor education lies in practical approaches including:cultivating positive family education traditions and values,creating a favorable external environment,guiding university students to establish correct life values,and fostering a good labor habits and a strong labor spirit.关键词
