摘要

Abstract

As a relatively independent power generation and consumption unit,it is particularly important for the"soure network load storage"to optimize the joint scheduling method of"wind solar storage",so as to maximize the consumption of new energy power.As far as the theme of grid-connected power planning for the wind and solar storage is concerned,a method of"source network load storage"optimal scheduling considering load adaptability is proposed based on wind and solar power generation power forecasting and regional load change trend correlation research.At the data source end,the adaptive neural fuzzy algorithm with empirical mode decomposition and genetic algorithm(EMD-GA-ANFIS)is used for the wind power prediction,while the gain segmented normal distribution fitting(GS-GD)technique is used for the photovoltaic power prediction.In optimizing the scheduling process,a load fitness factor is introduced to dynamically correct the initial power generation scheduling control data.The multi period fuzzy entropy(MFE)is used to characterize the deviation trend of wind solar storage joint power prediction,dynamically adjust the energy storage throughput,and improve the space for new energy consumption.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by a case analysis using the actual data of a"source network load storage"project in a park.Furthermore,using the actual data of the"source network load storage"project in a certain park,case analysis results show that:when considering the load change time,the peak electricity consumption accounts for the daily cycle,the adjustment range is set to 10%,the capacity reaches the minimum value of 21.249 1 kWh,with a decrease of 18.36%,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
