基于多群自适应协同粒子群优化算法的光储热泵系统研究
Research on photovoltaic-energy storage heat pump system based on multi-group adaptive collaborative particle swarm optimization algorithm

Abstract
In order to solve the resource mismatch problem of small-scale electric thermal coupling systems,alleviate the heating pressure in northern regions,and improve the reliability of off grid load power supply,a multi-group adaptive collaborative particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal solution of system energy ratio by integrating photovoltaic power generation units,battery energy storage units,and high-efficiency water source heat pumps in the heating system,and treating each part as different subgroups.By correcting the particle inertia weights of each subpopulation,the multi-swarm synergistic mechanism is used to avoid the solution process from falling into a local optimum,and the adaptive control strategy(ACS)is used to control the influence of historical information to improve the search efficiency of the subpopulations and the accuracy of the target solution.The experimental results show that the proposed method can optimize the cooperative operation capability of the PV-energy storage-heat pump system,avoid the energy waste caused by resource mismatch,and successfully realize the goal of supplying the heat pump with clean energy,which effectively alleviates the pressure of winter heating supply in the northern region,and at the same time improve the reliability of power supply for the off-grid loads to a higher level,which is both environmentally friendly and has potentials for engineering applications.关键词
